I'm Dr. George Sulamanidze, a Plastic Surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery. I am thrilled to connect with you here on LinkedIn and share a glimpse into my professional journey. I had the incredible opportunity to complete my clinical residency and postgraduate study at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgery in the Russian Scientific Center of Surgery (RSSC). It was during this time that I delved deep into my research and defended my thesis on "Modern methods of liposuction" in 2008. Throughout my career, I have been privileged to be a member of esteemed professional associations such as the Georgian and Russian Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Association. I am also honored to be recognized as a member of the French Aesthetic Surgery Association and the Dermato-Surgeon Association. An integral part of my journey has been the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences on an international stage. I have been invited to speak at various prestigious conferences and congresses across the globe, including cities such as Paris, Tokyo, Vienna, and San Francisco. It brings me great joy to connect with colleagues and share insights into the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery. In addition to my speaking engagements, I am passionate about innovation and have been actively involved in research and development. Together with doctors Marlen and Konstantine Sulmanidzes, I am proud to have contributed to the development of the Aptos threads method. This invention, along with several others, has earned me 16 patents and priorities in the field of plastic surgery, 8 of which are international. These patents range from innovative surgical equipment to groundbreaking techniques such as the wire scalpel, new implant for aesthetic operations, medical bra, and methods of mamoplasty and dermotension. I am truly grateful for the recognition and honors I have received, including the prestigious "Golden Lancet" award as the best plastic surgeon of the year in Russia. These accolades serve as a testament to my dedication to excellence and the trust my patients and colleagues have placed in me. As I continue to pursue advancements in the field of plastic surgery, I am humbled to be invited to conduct trainings, seminars, and representative operations in various cities around the world. It is a privilege to share my expertise and contribute to the growth and development of aspiring plastic surgeons.
