Summary I've been in the Credit and Accounts Receivable Management industry for more than 3 decades so I've lived through all types of business cycles from unprecedented economic booms, downturns, recessions and recoveries. I can confidently say that when companies have a smart & timely accounts receivable process, they are protecting themselves. I have served as President and Dean of the Credit Institute of Canada promoting the education and development of members through structured Certificate program, webinars and conferences. I'm passionate about mentoring credit professionals I've played an integral part in helping to establish and run the Receivables Management Association of Canada (RMA Canada) because the industry needed a national presence in working with legislators at the National and Provincial levels.
