Assessed the aircraft’s centre of gravity impacted by modifications, special installations and fuel migration. • Developed and implemented a process map to capture centre of gravity risks induced by fuel migration at the design stage and diminished re-design issues further encountered in the advanced design stages which interprets to minimized re-design costs and resources. • Instituted Access Database to track modifications and installations which accelerated calculation times.
