Supports the PEO Soldier, Product Manager Soldier Warrior, Nett Warrior (NW) program. Provides field-level maintenance troubleshooting skills and technical support to units on the NW systems and support equipment.

Planned and coordinated all Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing air operations for a Special Forces Battalion. Served as the primary Staff adviser to the Battalion Commander on all aspects of air requirements and training missions. Managed individual jump logs and free fall certification packets, and ensured all assigned soldiers maintained airborne proficiency and payment currency. Trained, Evaluated, Mentored, and Counseled students during Phase III of the Special Forces Qualification Course. Served as a Primary Instructor during a 59 day Period of instruction 4 times a year. Instructed students on Small Unit Tactics (SUT), Special Forces Techniques, planning, briefing, land navigation, and advanced marksmanship. Planed, Trained, Supervised and Executed all aspects weapon systems, marksmanship, and tactics for the Detachment. Advised Commanders on tactical operations and training of indigenous forces. Advised, trained, and led a company size element of indigenous forces. Served as Detachment Security/ Force Protection NCO, and Detachment Sniper.

* Supervised 10 Soldiers on maintenance, storage, and security of over 400 weapon systems and 600 other sensitive items, to include Night Vision Devices. Responsible for the facility’s physical security systems and procedures. * Managed a complex weapons bench stock system worth more than $400,000. Responsible for the TRAINING, and health and welfare of 6 subordinate soldiers. * Responsible for the Training, Evaluating, and Counseling of 4 Small Arms Repair Soldiers. Planned and Organized work schedules. Allocated the duties for all shop personnel.

Train, Observe, Assist and Mentor the Afghan ANASOC (Afghan National Army Special Operations Command) personnel to become proficient in following their duties and responsibilities utilizing appropriate policies and doctrine. Synchronized with the USG/Combined Forces Special Operation Component Command-AFG and the NATO Training Mission-AFG short and & long range transition functions and responsibilities to the ANA Command. Mentor, Train, and Advise ANASOC Commando students in Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) procedures; to include Gunnery, Crew Battle Drills, Mounted and Dismounted TTP’s, C-IED training, and Culmination Exercise. Created the MSFV training calendar based on guidance given by USG Special Operation Component Command-AFG. Train, Advise, and Mentor ANASOC SOE Sniper and Recon instructors on daily duties and class instructions.
