South Fraser Perimeter Road (Vancouver) Design of Segment 1. 5.5km of 4-lane highway, including interchange with HWY 17 and adjacent local municipal roads. Approximately $70Mill of total $860Mill. Detailed geometric design, signing and striping. Coordination with geotech and drainage engineers. Calculated earthwork quantities in dynamic format (Civil 3D 2011) to accommodate for future modifications. Lead junior engineers and cad technologists in preparation for IFC drawings

Mariposa Port of Entry (Nogales, Arizona) Site design of 55-acre port of entry project. Approximately $156Mill. Coordinated efforts of assigned technical staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serve as technical liaison with client on project efforts. Acted as prime coordinator of subconsultants and provided QA/QC of sub packages to ensure teams were using/receiving most appropriate information. Responded to contractor on RFIs. -Williams Field Road (Gilbert, Arizona) Design of 4-lane arterial. Approximately $45Mill. Designed road geometry and storm drainage conveyance measures. Coordinated with prime consultants and ensured electrical, streetscape, utilities, signals construction packages coordinated with roadway and drainage. Prepared documentation and liaised with rail authority for obtaining a permit for roadwork.

Key Accountabilities include: -Assisting PM to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and with requisite quality from inception through scope development, design, procurement, handover and closeout. -Leading Designers (consultant or in-house) through the design phase and the preparation of the construction contract -Ensuring construction documents include appropriate constraints and milestones to facilitate Operations, Customer Service and third party requirements -Providing project management support to the Construction Site Manager during construction, commissioning and handover. -Reviewing and maintaining Risk Registry detailing projecting risks during duration of project.
