About
I have over 35 years of experience in the building materials distribution industry, with more than 28 of those years focusing on ERP implementations and supply chain management. During my career, I have specialized in new ERP implementations and complex supply chain data management systems integration, to include Infor Cloud/SX.e/Trend, Infor TWL (WMS), SAP and MDM systems. On many occasions, I have managed multi-departmental and mixed skillset teams of employees. Well-versed in what is required to implement new ERP and supply chain programs, or improve existing ones, I am capable of writing technical SOP’s and successfully training and integrating systems with employees, suppliers, and customers alike, and facilitating cohesive team relationships across country borders. I have has also excelled in roles while adapting to changing corporate environments resulting from mergers and acquisitions. Most recently I have worked with Novo Building products implementing Infor Cloud Suite Distribution and TWL in both manufacturing and distribution businesses. I have a proven track record implementing programs on time, and under budget, while managing teams of peers and simultaneously implementing management’s directives efficiently and in furtherance of the corporate mission.
