Working across the full product delivery lifecycle providing excellent customer service and contributing to generating sales revenue. Day-to-day-duties involve: meetings with customers, meetings with the factory tracking project progress, providing regular updates to all customers, updating the company projects spreadsheet and documentation, managing the company mailbox , updating Sage systems, solving problems to ensure projects are kept on track, putting in place contingencies if projects slip, organising trips to the HQ factory based in Portugal (where I fly independently with customers to support with factory acceptance testing), assisting the Service Team on site visits and attending sales meetings. Dealing with the logistics for machine deliveries from AMOB Portugal to customer sites in the UK and Australia. Supervising offloads of machinery, ensuring health and safety compliance. Completing administration/finance, processing purchase orders with new customers, updating all of their information into Sage and then organising delivery and payment through invoicing for products and services purchased. Recently taking on more responsibility in B2B sales.

I worked as part of the Infrastructure Team, alongside studying a HNC Civil Engineering qualification. I have in-depth knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and working knowledge of Civil 3D, experience with a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects. These include design work on large scale housing development schemes as well as commercial developments for retail, warehouse and office based sites. I was involved in drainage, highways and earthworks design and I was responsible for QA systems.
