Worked as warehouse assittant manager for three years on night shift/manage picking and loading duties of 35 Union product pickers and loaders during night shift. Worked in inventory control managing all perishable inventories, generate daily usage and inventory level reports by item, minimize write-off of out of date product by strong communication to the procurement team. Purchased $75M of product inventory from 50+ vendors, coordinate delivery schedule, manage backhaul shipments and work closely with warehouse management team to minimize product write off to to out of date stock.

Managed a ~500-employee 100,000+ sq. ft. corporate facility. Primary responsibilities included managing telecommunications, mail delivery, cafeteria operations, building maintenance, office renovations/design, and landscaping. Project Managed a facility renovation which included a 12,000 sq. ft. cafeteria. Developed the space utilization plan with furniture needs for each department according to headcount, and worked closely without outside vendors who supplied services and goods to the facility.

Prepared daily productivity reports based on completed deliveries and efficiencies achieved. Assisted in managing staff of sixty-five Union truck drivers. Prepared monthly fuel tax reports. Maintained database that would monitor drivers location, miles traveled, electronic logs and generate specific reports when required. Complete accident reports when necessary. Deliver routes when resources were limited.

Recruited to establish a foothold in the NJ/PA/DE tri-state area to distribute finished products to an existing client-base, while focusing on developing strong, collaborative relationships with the Sales team to drive distribution growth. The distribution system was grown from a 4-driver/1000 cases per day operation to a 14-driver/12,000 cases per day operation serving NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, and VA. Maintained a remote shuttle yard in Thorofare, NJ, and drove operational excellence by building a culture with safety, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction as the priorities. A system was developed to provide 1-week advance notification of a newly established account, and a relationship was immediately formed with this client to ensure customer expectations were clearly identified, understood, and delivered upon. This included visiting the client to understand those expectations, and a focus was placed on translating the expectations operationally to the driver responsible for that particular route. Account retention rates were their highest since this system was instituted.
