During my placement year in the Accounts team within the Healthcare Department at Hazlewoods, I had the opportunity to: • Prepare year-end and management accounts for a range of clients, particularly in the Healthcare sector • Calculate and submit corporation tax computations in line with HMRC requirements • Use accounting software such as Digita, Alphatax, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage and Excel to analyse financial data and ensure accurate reporting • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather key information and respond to queries efficiently

• Built a detailed financial model from scratch on Shell with detailed five-year projections in Microsoft Excel • Computed valuations on Shell using various valuation methodologies • Wrote an in-depth initiating coverage equity research report on Shell

• Built financial models with detailed 5-year projections for Shell and Ferrari • Computed Valuations using Discounted Cash Flow with detailed sensitivity analysis • Conducted LBO and M&A Accretion/Dilution analysis on Shell and Ferrari • Produced and delivered a detailed stock pitch outlining the investment thesis for Shell
