As a CRM I managed customer-business communications by receiving and issuing correspondence, facilitated meetings with local and international clients, set up photo shootings, served as the immediate point of contact regarding problem /complaint resolution and clients’ preferences updates. I also monitored the effectiveness of existing customer care practices, customer satisfaction rate and evaluated reviews across all digital and social media platforms whilst ensuring timely response to pending and incoming queries. I source information from platforms such as Amadeus and Bloomberg databases and then compile data driven insights into reports, charts and PowerPoint presentations. This requires a holistic approach to the data collection process, ensuring both micro and macro level trends are recorded and interpreted correctly to reflect current status. Moreover, I prepare, maintain and update website materials as well as manage and respond to project related correspondence. I also attend project meetings and summarize project results per quarter.
