Leading manager of agile task force group working globally on significant programs, frameworks, and projects in the development and delivery stages, providing ultimate client support. The task force group aims to provide services on programs and projects in start-up and/or challenging re-organisation, interface coordination and mitigation phases but also provides review services for clients managing contractors, reviewing, and closing out monthly reports in Cost, Schedule, and Risk. In the current renewable energy market and transmission line market with overhead and underground HV transmission cables up to 520KV, developing and delivering as key subject matter expert developing strategic and delivery concepts for the project's life cycle throughout its inception, business case, procurement, delivery, and operational phases.

Working with Aquenta (Jacobs Group) as an Associate Director (Cost and Constructability Major Projects). Within the Sydney Metro team of TfNSW, of delivering this Megaproject and the development of the Central Station Footprint, Responsible for the constructability and interfaces of the delivery of the Central Station Footprint with the inclusion of the Sydney Metro Station. The project includes a shallow tunnel technology and the integration and upgrading of existing platform under a strict possession regime considering heritage structures and an uninterrupted pedestrian access solution. All new electrical and mechanical metro services are to be integrated into the proposed upgraded existing operational structure. The Central Station footprint is interfacing with multiply stakeholders with the inclusion of additional private concession developments. For the Sydney Metro South West, engaged in interactive session and review teams for key delivery packages and E&M (OTS) integration and interfaces into the overall delivery program for this 15km long Metro Section with nine major underground and open cut structures in the heart of Sydney. For the Government organization of New South Wales (RMS) responsible for the road and maritime infrastructure developing and roll out an integrated project management framework, managing 120 projects as part of 5 project management offices under a portfolio management with an investment volume of 15 Billion AUD over the next 5 years.

The Strategic Project Group (SPG) was established in 2008 to drive the company’s participation in the very largest infrastructure projects in Australia. I was working as a Project Director in a Strategic Project Group for McConnell Dowell, involved in leading the City Sydney Light Rail delivery JV with our JV Partner Balfour Beatty. In addition, I was responsible for the development of the successful ECI project of the Cross Rail Tunnel Enabling Works in Auckland NZ and was developing the strategy and relationships for the ‘Tina River Hydro Power Project’ on Salomon Islands under an independent power producing contract. On one of the current major multibillion dollar projects in NSW, the WestConnex2, I was working as an 'Interface Manager' integrating the tunnel, surface and electrical & mechanical works into the program by considering the contractual obligations, the environmental impact assessment and the design process.

Responsible for organizing and implementing a newly formed technical office to initiate the advancement of projects in Canada which includes the development of a business plan for prequalifications, tenders and construction implementation. Projects currently being tendered are P3 infrastructure projects including large complex bridges and interchanges as well as harbour extensions and hydro power projects under early contracture involvement scheme with tunnels, intakes and power houses.

Design Manger for the construction project "Golden Ears Bridge" in BC, Canada - responsible for managing the design department of the JV, for coordinating the external international designers and for administrating design contracts including regular meetings with the designers' representatives, the project management and if necessary with the client. In this context supervising 20 employees directly reporting to myself and 9 external design consultants.

Tender Project Director and Logistics Manager for major projects during acquisition and tender phase. This special project team consisted of 120 direct employees and associated set up. Special strategy tasks for the Board of Directors were developed which included the Strategy Map for the company’s business in Europe and the evaluation and effectiveness of company units including the development of their strategy approach for turn key and PPP/BOT projects.

New Railway Line Nuremberg Ingolstad Responsible for the construction of the Tunnel Offenbau as part of the New Railway Line Nuremberg – Ingolstadt. The original method of open cut and cover excavation had to be changed to compressed air because of unexpected geological and hydrological conditions.

Responsible for the construction of the Cable Stay bridge with 20 direct engineering employees and 460 labours. Faced with the challenge of construction start delays, the project was delivered 3 month ahead of schedule within budget. A presentation at the “Deutscher Betontag” was held describing the innovative methods of construction and the logistical challenges in Vietnam.

Site Manager for a 20km long section of the Bang Na – Bang Pakong Expressway in Thailand, a 55km long 6-lane elevated expressway, utilizing a segment construction method. Responsible for 25 direct staff and 750 labours. Charged with the Planning and Controlling Department of the Bang Na – Bang Pakong Expressway in Thailand. The planning included logistics for the overall project transport including establishment and commencement of the world’s largest precast yard during that time. In addition the planning required involvement in the optimization process of the design for segments and the unpick substructure. In Thailand's capital of Bangkok, Bilfinger Berger Bauaktiengesellschaft, together with its Joint Venture partner Chor Karnchang PCL, constructed the 55km Bang Na - Bang Pli- Bang Pakong Expressway with an contract value of 835 million US.

Senior Engineer and Site Manager for the construction of the 4.4km long Chungho metro line (6.4km single track tunnels by shield driving and 4 stations) in Taipei, Taiwan.
