Currently, works as an Independent consultant and interim manager with a successful track record for delivering project and interim management assignments over the past 15 years. Known for his ability to “Make things happen”; is more than able to work at the highest level; has a strong political awareness and a particular ability to lead, analyse and implement change. He has a sound reputation for networking, identifying and bringing together key players and developing a culture in which positive outcomes are achieved. He is passionate about delivering quality and is committed to involving service users in their design and delivery. He has considerable experience of implementing the personalisation agenda in both England and Wales and has considerable experience in the development of joint working with Health and the third sector.
