Contracts Manager
Management of all contractual issues across multiple concurrent wind farm construction (six no.) and service projects. This has included full EPC scope under a consortium arrangement along with supply and install only. A significant challenge was the financial position of the consortium partner across four projects, creating major performance issues and leading to the transfer of scope midstream and negotiation of a debt funding package. Provision of contractual and commercial advice and support to project managers and directors, and management and supervision of contracts administrators allocated to projects. Responsible for a team of Contracts Administrators and the management of performance securities and provision of insurances.

Also Contract Management and claims support for combined cycle gas turbine power stations, gas compressor warranty issues, and the supply of E-Rooms for the Roy Hill iron ore mine. In this role I oversaw all project related contracts, including intra and inter company. This included negotiation of terms, preparation, tracking and resolution of claims as well as compliance with administrative terms. I was seconded to the Diamantina Power Station and Roy Hill projects by the head of Siemens legal department specifically to provide claims support and assistance with the recovery of these projects. Also responsible for scheduling of wind projects from the sales phase through to completion.
