I provided resume writing services on a contract basis.

I owned an independent manufacture's repping firm, where my husband, a professional musician and industry sales person, sold musical instruments and pro-audio gear to dealers in a five state territory. I maintained control over all administrative duties, dialogued with dealers and handled all finances.

I executed substitute services on an "as needed" basis, for various district schools. Positions included educational assistant, administrative, food service, copy center, library assistant.

As a Sales Coordinator I reviewed and data entried group insurance cases, making sure all components were present and completed 100% accurately. In Open Enrollment, I addressed the inquiries of prospective members calling regarding insurance benefits, provider issues, and assisted in enrollment process.

I managed all phases of production for direct mail projects, and coordinated the work flow. I participated directly in each stage of development, streamlining many processes, and saved the company a considerable amount of money. I took full advantage of becoming an expert in print production, target marketing and list management. This was also my first role in professional writing, as I often wrote product and promotional copy, in addition to articles for newsletters.

As President/Owner and CPRW, of the home-based, freelance writing business, "Golden Resume Creations," I produce high-quality, effective resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, bios, and other documents for clients, worldwide. Since I'm also a technical writer, I provide a wide-range of additional writing services, including articles, essays, research reports, web content, Statements of Purpose/Letters of Intent, direct marketing packages, promotional/product copy, sales and marketing materials, news articles, reviews, proposals, brochures, newsletters, guide/instruction manuals, lesson plans, and a large array of business materials, including letters, business plans, memos, email, reports, and many others, targeted at diverse audiences, worldwide. This was completely online. The degree in IDS, enabled me to acquire expertise in three, instead of one area of study. My concentrations were professional/technical writing, business and behavioral sciences. I graduated magna cum laude, with a 3.6 GPA
