Take rental applications and assist prospective renters with completing the application. Process applications in compliance with affordability restrictions in use at the property and in coordination with AHCM’s Compliance Department. Serve as Leasing Manager at properties where the Division is assigned to lease-up. This includes the active marketing of units, completing weekly leasing reports, and keeping all records in compliance with AHCM policies and procedures. Conduct inspections on units as residents move out and distribute security deposit payments according to direction of owner. Execute all check requests. Assure that resident income and asset certifications and re-certifications are uniformly completed. Ensure that AHC Management procedures, policies and programs are properly executed and in accordance with best business practices. Complete weekly and/or monthly relocation reports as required by the Relocation Plan.
