Initialized and expanded the above medical practices and grew them to create a dynamic, high-achieving, well-respected business comprising 19 doctors, a multitude of allied health practitioners, and consultant specialists in an under-doctored area on the outskirts of Melbourne. Clinical: Oversaw core general practice work and served as Clinical Director for practice. Management: Functioned as Director and Co-Owner of Practices, overseeing business operations and financial management as well as coordinating a staff of 50.

Worked with 8 doctors, a physiotherapist, chiropractor and psychologist in a medically under-served area on the outskirts of Melbourne. Clinical: Completed core general practice work. Treated minor injuries including fractures, lacerations, wounds, and burns, as well as performed minor surgery such as mole removal and cautery. Supervised all workplace injuries for Worksafe Victoria. Management: Performed as IT Lead to formulate, plan and execute practice changeover to paperless system from paper-based records. Served as Pandemic Influenza Lead to spearhead practice pandemic plan and mass vaccination programme. Conducted Recruitment Interviews. Functioned as Chronic Disease Lead, cooperating with practice nurse to improve systems and coordination of chronic disease management.
