I am responsible of HR Team ( direct report 6 collagues to me ) Main Responsibilities; * Understanding the business, financials and goals of the company. Analyzes trends and metrics and collaborates with leadership team to develop new approaches to improve upon meeting business objectives, productivity and people development * Manage annual processes * Develop and implement the organisation's employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances. Ensure compliance with all applicable national/regional Labor Laws * Stay current on legislative and compliance trends and changes, proactively providing advice and counsel on legislative and compliance related matters * Ensure the timely, efficient and cost effective selection of talent * Using data, consistently measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired outcomes * Oversee the correct processing of payroll and HRIS related actions (hires, terms, increases, promotions, department transfers, leaves, etc.)
