Reporting to Millicom HQ the main keys KPIs and SLAs of the Nicaragua operation, in this position we have the commitment to analyze, prevent and report any degradation based on KPI metrics and data analysis, suggesting and recommending deep dive problem solving and final solution in all network domain (RAN,CORE,TX,DTC,HFC,OP,Quality,B2B, IT plattform, etc) improving the performance quality and NPS.
