Construction design manager for reatil projects based in London. Relevant Project Experience: - John Lewis project Sutherland – London : Refurbishment works to the existing 6 floors building to relocate and form new John Lewis head office facilities. - Ashley Centre – Epsom: the scheme comprises of the redevelopment of the existing Ashley Shopping Centre mall areas. The scope of works includes for stripping out the existing ceiling finishes and replacing these with new acoustic baffle system. As part of the strip out works the existing MEP services will be mixture of retained existing services, removals, and new replacements. East mall façade refurbishment, including new GRC panels on façade and internal Central Mall.

Design manager based in Heathrow airport, responsible for leading the end to end design activities to ensure the project is completed in accordance with the agreed programme, deliverables schedule, and in line with health and safety, environmental and quality requirements: - Monitoring and tracking progress of the design, including design proposals review and optioneering, RFI and technical queries and coordination of as-built information process, liaising with designers, project manager, site team and client representatives on the design development as required. Relevant Project Experience - Fire Main Valves&Chamber replacement: replacement of existing fire main and valves chamber at Heathrow Airport, including relining of the pipe, and chamber CCTV access points. - Heathrow Southern Runway Rehabilitation: Design manager during construction stages of the Intervention works on the Southern Runway involving the defects repairs in existing cracks.

Co-ordinated the design process, liaising with Client, Lead Designers and Site team, under supervision of Senior Design manager, to ensure the design information is delivered in accordance with the programme, deliverables schedule, health and safety, quality, and client requirements: - Review and commenting of design drawings, and design information submitted including technical specifications. - Coordination and participation in design workshops with subcontractors. Preparation of sample sheets, change of order requests (COR), RFI and Contractor Design Portion (CDP); liaison with site team to ensure the effective coordination of on-site design issues. Relevant Project Experience - Tiger Way scheme: Assistant Design Manager for construction stages (stage 4 – RIBA until Project Completion) of Tiger Way Scheme consisting of a new build mixed-used development, which delivers a high quality new primary school and nursery and 89 high quality private residential apartments co-located at the same site.

Prepared cost estimates for structural steel structures and architectural metalwork, as well as developed technical drawings and 3D models (AutoCAD and TEKLA). Periodic site visits to ensure the project is completed according to the design and client requirements, timely and correctly.

As part of the Technical Office: developed lift projects utilising "Lift Designer" and SAP. Produced and revised AutoCad drawings.

Developed piping supports design for a combine cycled power plant "Yanbú" (Saudi Arabia), and for a nuclear power plant "Garoña" (Burgos, Spain). Modeled and checked 3D models with SmartPlant 3D, drew supports outlines and pipe isometrics with AutoCAD and SmartSketch. Highlights: - Piping Supports design utilising SmartPlant 3D. - Preparation of 2D Drawings design with AutoCAD. - Generation and revision isometrics drawings employing SmartSketch. - Pipe stress analysis (visual). - Constantly working with civil drawings, vendor´s software. - Knowledge in ASME B31.3.

Remodeled Bull Museum (Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, Madrid, Spain); helped to ensure that projects were planned and completed in timely, safely manner, managed and coordinated the safe and tidy storage of material delivered to the site.

Created and obtained budgets for remodeling buildings utilising Presto and Autocad.

Skills and knowledge upon completion of this master´s program: 1. Master the necessary tools to develop the stages, presentation, and graphical documentation of an architectural project using the BIM methodology. 2. Create precise and coherent 3D models with the required quantitative and project control information using Revit. 3. Develop a strong understanding of key BIM disciplines in advanced architectural projects, including structural and MEP systems. 4. Manage and review model information to identify and resolve issues using tools like Navisworks or Dynamo. 5. Acquire the necessary knowledge for collaborative and cloud-based workflows. 6. Develop a comprehensive understanding of BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and its impact.
