- Lead and supervise paper machine operations during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and target-achieving production. - Ensure product quality meets required specifications - Maintain machine stability at optimum speed and operating conditions. - Coordinate operators and supporting team across all sections - Make quick and accurate decisions during process or equipment disturbances. - Monitor chemical and consumable usage (felt, wire, doctor blade, roll cover, etc.). - Handle troubleshooting for issues runnability and quality such as sheet breaks, wrinkles, wavy, bad formation, watermark, paper curl, sizer mark, calender marks, and other defects. - Conduct shift briefing to communicate production targets, machine status, and safety reminders. - Check machine and work area condition, cleanliness, and readiness during operation. - Monitor process parameters - Coordinate with related departments, including: •Utilities (power, steam, compressed air, water supply), •Quality Control (for lab testing and product properties), •Maintenance (for mechanical, instrument/automation or electrical issues). - Prepare shift reports on production output, downtime, waste, and technical issues. - Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping - Execute grade change and size change efficiently. - Evaluate operator performance and provide on-the-job training and guidance. - Report abnormal incidents or equipment failures to the Section Head or Production Manager. - Supervise attendance, discipline, and teamwork within the shift.

-Observe processing schedules , operating logs , and standard quality from QC to determine changes in system process required to produce specified paper based on production order - Maintain Process Stabillity and Optimization process parameters such as flow chemical , temperatures and pressures to make sure the process work safety and pass rate the quality based on SOP and target KPI - Troubleshooting by analiyzing parameters that changes on the system based on data - Coordinate the Start - Up , Shut - Down ( Planned and Unplanned ) , with leader, field operators and supporting team - LOTO
