* Side job: * Doing inventory such as office supply using G&T or Adeco * Creating a special amenity * Assorting the files and mails for the Catering and Sales Manager. * Main Job: * Gathering information for the future event and pass it on to the right manager. * Creating a BEO ( Banquet Event Order) using Delphi. * Answering all of the phones inquiry. * Responding to all of the inquiry in email or in person. * Distributing the general email to the right department. * Using Opera to update the guest room block. * Assisting the Catering and Sales Manager with there needs.

* ▪Processing hotel guest food and beverage orders. * ▪Processing and closing the payments in Micros. * ▪Sorting the VIP Amenities. * ▪Preparing Guest orders and delivering items in guest rooms. (if servers are busy) * ▪Ensuring to provide excellent quality service for the guest

* Closing the bills using Micros. * Sorting the BEO ( Banquet Event Order ) for the next functions. * Sorting the files for the Banquet Manager. * Assisting the client with their needs. * Assist the Banquets Manager with their need. * Creating an inventory such as office supply and beverages using the Adeco * Creating the Banquet schedules

* Assisting the server. * Food attendant * Assisting the Bartender
