• Planning appropriate methodology and timelines for Legal Management Unit in consultation with an identified Legal Management Organization (LMO), Project Lead, and various Government Departments pertaining to Online Case Management System. • Assisting several Departments at A.P Secretariat in handling the litigation in the Department of Energy , Department of Human Resource- School Education and Higher Education and Women , Children and Disabled Senior Citizen Department • Conducted Training Workshops and Seminar on Basic of Laws understanding Writ and Contempt Petitions in Department of Energy, Department of School Education and Department of WCDSC at A.P Secretariat. • Working on implementation and training of A.P.OLCMS across all Departments of A.P Government. • Drafting Legal Templates for easy access of A.P Govt Department in the Service matters such as Regularisation, Part time employee, minimum timelines and compensation claims, promotions and non-service pertaining to tenders. • Regular meetings and working closely with government officials to understand processes and practices pertaining litigation cases filed against the various department. • Proactively tracking tasks and project deliverable and preparation of project reports • Working closely with Legal Management Organization (LMO) on project deliverables and reporting, and Guide the assigned junior members in their day to day tasks
