*Strong experience in hiring F1/CPT/OPT candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates. *Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, social network media sites, internal database, cold calling, referrals, and other strategies. *Knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, reference checking and salary negotiations. *Self- motivated with high degree of energy to make / receive around 100 calls a day. *Experience in recruitment and CPT/OPT hiring’s with effective hands on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, Corp-Corp etc. *Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. *Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market. *Maintained an efficient database, with the help of which I could successfully deliver right IT people in right time. *Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in. *Responsible for getting new candidates for processing new H1B. *Had good rapport with the Consultants and was available anytime to support them. *Understanding the Interests of the consultants to make sure the Right requirements are flowing towards them

Sourcing, screening, short listing candidates, conducting first round of telephonic interview, Updating the candidate pipeline in the candidate follow up tracker sheet, Co ordination and communication with the candidate until onboarding,Onboarding the candidates. Maintaining employee records, connecting and communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth work flow, and will follow up daily reports of the employees. Scheduling interviews, Conducting onboarding sessions to welcome new employees, Updating Hiring managers and candidates during entire recruitment cycle.
