Gordon Chan

Gordon is the CFO at Flick Anticimex with a focus on financial health, strategy and process improvement. Responsible for Finance, Fulfilment, M&A, Collections and Legal business units. He was previously the M&A Manager for Flick Anticimex, leading a team focused on valuing and acquiring businesses of all shapes and sizes. Formerly a Director in Deloitte Restructuring Services. His area of expertise involved operating businesses of all kinds and helping them get out of financial distress. Highlights include the successful restructure of Virgin Australia and Probuild Constructions, to saving a hotel in PNG and the many retail, hospitality, security firms, construction, manufacturing businesses and SMEs. Gordon also has extensive experience with business valuations, independent expert reports, fraud investigations, financial reporting and taxation related matters.
