Provide technical & economic advice for complex and growing challenges in terms of operation excellence such as Quarries operation, Quality improvements, Waste Heat Recover, Electrical Consumption, Alternative fuels, Investment projects, Optimization of variable & fix cost.

Coordinate and support all business units of the group in order to increase the use of Alternatives fuels, that is main lever of GHG (GreenHouseGases) emissions and opportunity for energy cost reduction.

The Sloan Fellows program is a mid-career master's degree in general management and leadership initially supported by a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation taking place at one of three business schools: the MIT Sloan School of Management, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the London Business School (LBS). It targets experienced managers who have demonstrated success either within organizations or independently as entrepreneurs.

I had the opportunity to build a great team, which and under my quidance-leadership took a lot of initiatives and create a very productive and efficient system. Delivered significant results regarding cost (fixed and variable), productivity, safety, and quality throughout difficult economic crisis. • Safety: Zero incident for 3 years (in 2016 the ANTEA won award of the best safety performance in the group). The above was the result of many efforts and initatives (training, new procedures, etc.) • Environment: compliance with EU, local standards and BAT, completion of environmental projects (reporting system, install devices, De-NOx system, Dispersion study), new permits ( Alternatives Fuels) • Cost: -14.9%. This reduction was the result of various efforts in electrical consumption (-11.5%),electrical power cost (-21.5%), thermal cost (-9.4%), maintenance cost (-10.5%), packing cost, etc. • Personnel: turnover reduction, replacement managements positions with local employees, technical and soft skills trainings,evaluation of employees, etc. • Sustainability and local relations: initatives in order to improve these serous figures.

Great experience in this Greenfield project: Hired 150 people for greenfield startup. Trained staff, initiated all systems, policies and procedures involved in plant startup, troubleshooting, system building, process and active involvement in sectors such as safety, quality, environment, maintenance, etc. The start up was totally successful although the lack of such projects for the group (last start up in '70s), the lack of industrial culture in the plant' area, the diversity of nationalities that was involved in the project and the high sales' demand.

During this period, I performed- with exceptional results- the duties of below positions: 15/03/2007 to 30/09/2009: Deputy Production Manager Led the production department (team of 80+), orchestrated operation phases to maximize production, satisfy the demanding sales program. • Masterminded record production performance for 2007 and 2008, improving operated factors of equipment and low-cost indicators (power, thermal consumption, raw materials cost, overtime). • Implemented challenging update program (perfect co-operation with maintenance and quality departments). • Smoothly replacement of many employees (retirement reasons) and keep working peace (employees' Union, hiring, training). 01/10/2005 to 15/03/2007: Kilns & Mills Department Manager Led both sections (team 40+), and drove plant process improvement initiatives to optimize the kilns operation and reduce cost by: • Improved run factors by more than 5%. • Reduced thermal consumption by more than 10 kcal/kg. 17/06/2003 to 30/09/2005: Raw & Cement Mills Department Manager Led the section (15 employees), and optimized the section process. • Reduced shut down time, • Improved electrical consumption by 10 kwh/tn, and increased run factors by 5%.

During this period, I performed- with exceptional results- the duties of below positions: 01/04/2002 to 30/05/2003: Production Manager 12/02/2001 to 31/03/2002: Production Engineer
