Gayatri Joshi

I am a certified Professional Scrum Master II and an agile project manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where I lead software teams to deliver solutions for clients in various industries and a strong background in spatial data analysis, which I gained from working at HERE Technologies for 4.5 years. I am passionate about applying agile methodologies and data-driven approaches to solve complex problems and create value for customers and stakeholders. I facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality and efficiency among my team members, using my skills in manufacturing process improvement, communication, and interpersonal skills. I also prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team and the clients, showcasing the team's progress and achievements. I have worked on two projects at TCS so far and received client appreciation from both of them.
