PROJECT 1- Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) for all the roles in the refinery -Total of 100 unique Job roles were identified across the refinery and JDs were prepared for them -Job Descriptions (JD) for all the unique job roles (UJRs) in the refinery were prepared for every department by conducting interviews of the employees with the inputs related to their job roles -Reviews of the JDs was done at every level of hierarchy in the respective departments and was finalized by the HOD of the respective department PROJECT 2- Preparation and execution of internal branding strategy for the company's chosen employee competencies -BORL (Bharat Oman Refineries Limited) has chosen certain competencies for their employees. An internal branding strategy roadmap was designed and a refinery level event was executed. -A week-long internal branding event in the refinery was designed and executed to engage the employees regarding the competencies, their importance and utility in their career at BORL and internal branding strategy roadmap was designed

Development of the business modules for Pharma & Retails clients  Worked as SAP ABAP Consultant for Pharmaceutical and retail companies  Developed various modules based on business requirements  Client interaction to collate information on various modules such as SD, MM, FICO  Spearheaded on Project as an SAP Technical Consultant that includes SAP ABAP objects: ALV Reports, Scripts/Smart Forms, ALE/IDOC  Training and mentoring new members about business logic of the project & process  Point of Contact for the ABAP Team across different Teams in the Account  Handling and managing Knowledge & Process Documentation of the Project
