Reporting to the Marketing Manager, I manage communications with 180+ retailers and head offices and am the key point of contact between the centre’s managing agents and tenants. I’m responsible for monitoring and reporting of centre trading performance and work with retailers and key brands to identify marketing and cross-promotional opportunities to drive footfall and spend, as well as gaining support for marketing campaigns, events, and centre initiatives. I manage retailer promotions, organise retailer events and provide B2C marketing support such as social media and content management, as well assistance with event management.

* Serving the general public on the checkouts * replenishing stock through daily deliveries * completing paperwork * merchandising new products and carrying out an inventory on a monthly basis. Working with large sums of money on a daily basis and following company standards to ensure all customers receive the best standard of service.

My main duties involved working with the general public, working with food as part of the kitchen team and I also worked with money, completed necessary paperwork and followed company standards.

Over my four years at Strathclyde I studied the following courses: Bioscience, Chemistry for Bioscience, Practical Bioscience, Physiology, Basic and Clinical Immunology, Forensic Natural History and Microscopy, Evidence Recovery, Biological Criminalistics, Analytical and Forensic Chemistry, Toxicology, Advanced Forensic Biology and Professional Activities, Aspects of Forensic Biology. In my final year I completed a thesis; The Profile of Crime in the UK and also gave a presentation on my findings to peers and tutors.

In my six years at Loudoun Academy I achieved the following grades in Highers and Standard Grades Chemistry (B), History (B), PE (B), Biology (C), English (C), Mathematics (C); 8 standard grades including Biology, Chemistry and Physical Education. In my sixth year I was voted Head Boy by peers and teachers. My duties included organising our annual fundraising for Children in Need and being on the Prom committee.
