Which is an incredible opportunity to create more meaningful work. I grew up in entertainment. Radio 1, the Smash Hits tour, Select Models, then President at ICM UK – Europe's largest talent representation business. I kept crossing paths with interesting people and we kept building interesting things together. Talent and entertainment create extraordinary value – for brands, for audiences, for the talent themselves. But only when someone bothers to understand what everyone involved needs. Most people skip that bit. It's the only bit that matters. That instinct is behind everything I build: treating brands as people and people as brands. Unsigned is a cultural partnership practice building creative partnerships and IP with talent, creators and cultural institutions. U-Nation is a joint venture with Live Nation – same principles, focused on taking MENA music artists to the world and bringing the world's artists to MENA. Rodd's is an iced coffee brand I co-founded with two brilliant creators and two retail veterans who knew exactly what they were doing – UK's number one plant-based iced coffee in under a year. The most ambitious thing we've done, built around talent from day one. Co-owned with Guy Berryman of Coldplay, a friend long before a business partner. Joint venture with Live Nation.
