- Led the establishment of Westbourne College Singapore, a new IGCSE/IBDP college. - Guided the college through IBDP authorisation and ensured the implementation of all programs, policies, and plans. - Directed staffing and financial management for the college. As Regional Director for Indo Pacific, I facilitated our global classroom and hybrid learning programmes, pedagogical and assessment approaches and professional development for our global schools network across the UK, Sydney, Singapore and played an integral role in the pre-opening phase of the new Westbourne campus in Mumbai. - Global lead for Careers, Universities and Business connections, leveraging professional networks and businesses to support our curriculum and schools through strategic partnership agreements.
