Being required to develop a working knowledge of a basic Purchase Ordering system with contracting companies. Often being required to provide solutions in terms of selecting specified material, expediting materials purchased, and handling customer complains.

Provide effective management of Product Quality Control and Quality Processes to ensure product performance, product cost management and customer satisfaction. Implemented programs and processes to ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards and specifications. Additionally, being required to provide input to establish an alignment between Sales and Operational staff to effectively produce a product that exceeded customer’s expectations.

Responsible for assisting the project superintendent in planning, coordinating and supervising all construction activities including crews, subcontractors and equipment. Ensuring worker and subcontractor compliance with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations. Additionally, expediting progress payment certificates, final payment certificates and extra work orders as per contract.
