Context: To enable better task and schedule management, as well as a fast and confidential messaging service for medical staff, a new mobile application was developed for hospitals. My main role within the project team was to design E2E tests to verify the application's proper functionality and achieve close to 100% automated test coverage. Context: Within BELL's Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, development, quality assurance, and agility across various projects require improvement. The goal of my role is to recommend and implement best practices for testing, particularly automation, within these teams. BELL Context: Within the BELL teams the organizational security (SOC), the areas of development, the quality assurance and agility present in different projects need to be improved. The goal of my mission is to recommend and implement good testing practices as well as test automation for these teams. Duties : - Meetings and workshops with the BELL’s teams around the quality assurance - Writing and present recommandations reports for the QA part - Writing the strategy and test plans - Training and sharing the best practices used in test automation - Writing end-to-end automated scenarios

Context: On the mobile applications developed by Videotron, ViaRail and on Wazo's web application, the non-regression tests are performed in a manual and repeatedly manners which are very time consuming for the teams. Thus, my duty is to automate TNRs to improve the product quality and reduce the time spent on testing.  Duties: - Provide test automation solutions which respond to the project’s issues - Share and train the Ineat Canada teams into how to test and what are the test good practices - Implement test platforms for web, iOS and Android mobiles - Develop multi-OS and multi-language automated tests
