Obtaining Deviations for prototype parts, ensuring the completion of PPAP by ensuring all necessary 18 documents are signed of stage by stage to until Capacity verification and PSW sign off.

Development vendors or Suppliers, indigenous sourcing, development of parts need for turbochargers and was also quality of the same after implementation. Majority of them included components of various types stainless steel involving processes like Centrifugal casting, Investment cast, Powder metallurgy, Stamping, Hot forging and CNC Machining.

 Development of prototype products to support pilot batch to meet customer validation.  Conducting design review and feasibility commitment to prototype product.  Monitoring APQP status of all product / suppliers in development phase.  Responsibility of support NPD by conducting prototype PPAP audit.  Coordinating entire supplier chain to meet NPD customer deadlines.  CFT member in implement CSR in supplier process and product.  Conducting New Product review meeting and presenting results among directors.  Technically handling and managing all new projects.
