 In process Inspection / finished goods inspection.  Read blueprints and specifications.  Monitor operations to ensure that they meet Quality standards.  Knowledge of UN approval process/ testing.  Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.  Measure products with rulers, Vernier calipers, gauges, or micrometers.  Well versed in handling various testing equipment( like MFI Tester, ESCR tester, top load compression tester, ultrasonic thickness measuring gauge, tensile strength tester, hardness tester, paint film thickness measuring gauge etc.)  Accept or reject finished items.  Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.  Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.  Report inspection and test data.  Verifying correct set-up of molds, presses and auxiliary equipment before machine start up.  Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, liquid temperature controls, and mold electrical controls.  Making minor repairs to machines and equipment and notifying proper personnel of necessary major repairs.  Achieving adequate production levels, maintaining the expected product quality, and keeping area clean and in order.  Familiar with all the department's inspection procedures and standards.  Performing regular and periodic monitoring of product for acceptable quality to the most recent specification.  Incoming Raw material inspection and testing.  Observing all safety and environmental procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.  Working with limited supervision & maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among & between shifts, production dept. & management to facilitate departmental goals.

• Keep eye on operation of P.L.C commanded extruding machines upto 1300 kg/hr. of output • Keep eye over fully automated central material conveying system • Verifying and executing procedures to ensure the safety, yield, scrap and rework generation • Making minor maintenance of machines • Keep quality control over the finished product as per standards specified under A.S.T.M and ISI • Responsible for the packaging of finished product • Run seven KABRA mixture of 200kg,300kg,400kg capacity per batch • Prepare recipes as per requirement of product to be manufacture • To take trials of new recipes prepared and testing of product • To prepare recipe with pulverize material in efficient way • Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment modification to enhance operational efficiency. • Prepare production report as per ISO document
