I started my professional journey in 2016 with ICICI Bank, and since then I’ve grown across Collections, Delinquency Management, Recoveries, Portfolio Governance and Legal Operations. 📌 ICICI Bank (2016–2021) ✅ 2016 | Ahmedabad (DM I) Handled 1–30 DPD delinquency for Auto Loans (Used & New Cars). ✅ 2018 | Promoted to DM II (Mumbai) Promoted with 1 Rating, managed 1–60 DPD delinquency for Auto Loans in a high-volume market. 🏆 2019 | Recognition Received 1 Rating again, delivered committed targets and was awarded “Be The Best” Trophy at company RNR. ✅ 2021 | Promoted to MMI Level Handled 1–90 DPD delinquency for Mumbai, along with Potential Common Borrower and NPA cases. ⚖️ Exposure & expertise gained in: • Legal processes for defaulters • Notices under Sec 138 • SARFAESI actions • Asset repossession in unrecovered dues cases • Worked as Legal Manager for Gujarat location ⸻ 📍 Reliance Jio (April 2021) Joined as National Head – Field Collection Product (Mobility & Fiber), driving large-scale field collection strategy, partner governance, operations process strengthening and execution. ⸻ 🏦 Axis Bank Ltd.
