Check-in completed code into repository. Description 4Yoursoul is an online printing and selling of personalized gift cards in the US. Cards (Greeting/Gift) are created by user using the flash application integrated in the website. Website can be a hosted website or it can be a Gift Card mall. The system comprises of more than 80 components interacting with one another. These components are written using diversified technologies including C++,STL,C#,VB.Net, Web Service in .NET, HTML / DHTML, Javascript. Predominant technology used in this project is C++. System backbone is made by using c++ language, I have extensively used Sockets, STLs, Mutithreding, Database interaction, Exception handelling, design patterns, et al., all using C++. On server side C++ components are responsible to show preview of the card created by user. While other components prepare the card for printing, this preparation involves the Giftcard number assignment, Grouping similar cards depending on the criteria present, Processing the confirmations sent by client, and many more things. Card is printed at Print location which is located in multiple locations in USA. The C++ components are responsible for processing Print mails and job mails, Preparing the Magnetic Strip data, Preparing data for Embosser machine and so on. For bulk printing Print location is having load balancer which assigns jobs to machines and printers according to the scheduling criteria.
