This analysis highlighted the saturated nature of the edible oil industry and underscored the importance of brand differentiation. Our findings revealed that consumers favored Anveshan's wood-pressed oils for their perceived purity and health benefits, distinguishing our products in a crowded market . Through these efforts, I contributed to Anveshan's mission of delivering high-quality, health-oriented products, reinforcing our brand's commitment to transparency and consumer well-being.

During my internship at Mother Dairy, I gained comprehensive exposure across multiple departments, enhancing my understanding of dairy operations. Bulk Vending Machine Department: I observed the mechanics of bulk winding machines, understanding their role in efficient packaging processes. Ice Cream Processing: I analyzed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and utilized SAP systems to monitor production workflows. I identified and rectified discrepancies, contributing to process optimization. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department: I conducted quality tests on liquid milk and skimmed milk powder, adhering to stringent standards to ensure product safety and consistency. This multifaceted experience provided me with practical insights into dairy production, quality control, and enterprise resource planning systems, equipping me with skills applicable to the FMCG sector.
