Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of high-quality iron ore pellets, with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and safety. Also possess hands on experience in 6 MTPA Pellet plant Project and commissioning along with playing a crucial role in achieving early stabilization of pellet quality KPIs Current key responsibilities include: 1. Managing and coordinating day-to-day operations across key pelletizing stages: drying, green balling, induration and product handling 2. Monitoring plant parameters and production KPIs to ensure target throughput and quality standards 3. Identifying critical bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability 4. Collaborating with process, quality, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives 5. Ensuring strict adherence to safety, environment, and housekeeping (5S) standards 6. Supporting training and upskilling of junior staff and technicians
