• Handling End to End Procurement Life Cycle • Handling IT and Non -IT RFX • Managing spend across commodities in Indirect procurement. • Working & Managing suppliers for strategic & transactional requirements. • Follow up with the suppliers for the critical Goods/Service delivery. • Stakeholder management, Supplier Relationship Management, Negotiations & generate savings. • Catalog creation and Management. • Working with Global commodity manager for providing support in Global RFP. • Reviewing Purchasing requests submitted into the system and releasing the POs. • Contract Management activity. • Coordination with technical teams to resolve the integration issues. • Coordinate with AP Team regarding the invoice payment issues/status. • Report Extractions and generation as per the requirements. • Negotiate prices, terms, and lead time reduction from suppliers. • PR to PO conversion as per the TAT. • Identify the suppliers to onboard them on Ariba Catalog. • Coordinate with Ariba admin for smooth onboarding process. • Coordinate with the requesters for GR if goods/service has been rendered. • Coordinate with the internal/external stake holders for any query related to PO/Invoice. • Coordinate with the requesters to reduce the non-compliant spend. • Coordinate with requesters for unclassified commodities. • Handling procurement in technology-Hardware, Software, Telecom, and professional services

• Responsible for Indirect procurement for APAC, EMEA, USA • Handling End to End Procurement Life Cycle. • Handling procurement in technology-Hardware, Software, Telecom, and professional services • Handling software and hardware like (IT peripherical, Servers, Networking devices, IP phones, Computing devices) new purchase and renewals • Perform RFX for all supplier related to IT services • Implementing sourcing strategies to mitigate and reduce contract risk • Establishing rate contract with IT suppliers, as per business needs • Managing legal reviews for execution of agreements in different domains. • Managing stakeholder management and cross function coordination. • Handling internal Audit Queries. • Finding opportunities on vendor consolidation, reduction, and new catalog. • Perform AMC and contract renewals activities. • Working with the Global Regional category manager for providing market analysis support to a Global RFP of Amines10 million USD • Creation of bidding strategies/structures and e-auctions for various spend categories i.e., Utilities, IT, Logistics, Facility Management
