WORK EXPERIENCE (In Total 10+ Yrs of Exp.)  Working with Jai Balaji Industries Ltd.. since 2016 March till date as Assistant Purchase Manager. Looking after 100 TPD x 4 Sponge Iron (DRI) & 50 TPD x 7 Sponge Iron (DRI), 18 TON x 6 SMS (Finished Goods- Pig Iron) & 45 cubic Mtr x 2 Blast Furnace.  Worked with Mark Steels Ltd. since 2012 to June 2016 March as Assistant Purchase Manager. Looked after 7 TON Induction Furnace(Finished Goods- Ingot) & 100 TPD x 2 Sponge Iron Plant (Finished Goods- Direct Reduce Iron). Project :- Extension of 100 TPD x 2 Sponge (DRI Plant) (Installation of Coal Gas fire in Both the Kiln’s).  Worked with Ramsarup Group of Industries since Sep’ 2007 to 2012 March as Assistant Purchase. Looked after 500 TPD Sponge Iron (DRI) & 350 m3 Blast Furnace.  Worked with IBM as Assets management team for audit purpose in March 2007 to Aug 2007. JOB PROFILE • Responsible of commercial detailing. • Negotiation with vendors. • Co-coordinating with the site Engineers for the material required for the operation . • Settle the issue for Low quality material, Replacement of material. • Regularly checking the delivery status and maintaining track properly. • Introduce new vendors after checking their company profile and ability to supply the right material in right time at proper rates. • Responsible for co-ordination between Vendors and Technical Person if any kind of clarification required for procurement of material • Issue Purchase Order on ERP and maintain the Proper Track. • Tally the Ledger on Day to Day Basis for the Creditors Payment.
