Assisted in developing strategy to reduce G&A expenses by $5 Million in the post pandemic emergence of the organization. Analyzed and validated the 66 leases of the company against the ROU assets and long-term and short-term liabilities. Implemented cost-savings plan to bring the company cash-flow positive year 1 despite its lease liabilities. Worked with outside consultants and auditors to rationalize and validate the opening-day balance sheet as the organization emerged from bankruptcy, based on the asset purchase agreement and assumed assets and liabilities.
