1-Petrobel Compressors Project: Consist of 10 Compressors at 7 Control Panels for Belayim Petroleum Company , Migration for the old Panels of the Compressors to upgrade the PLC’s and adding HMI’s to improve the system stability and system efficiency. The Automation system consist of 10 CPU’s 1510SP F-1 PN , with a safety programming fail safe logic and 7 HMI’s TP1500 Comfort with safety relays for Di’s , safety relays for Do’s and RTD isolated converters for Temperature Ai’s, my role was to create a BOM , HW engineering sheets, programming CPU’s, Designing the HMI’s , FAT , SAT for all panels, the project contains anti-surge controllers and vibration controllers that needs to have a communication path to the CPU’s. 2-TCI Sanmar Service Contract: Visiting TCI Sanmar periodically for preventive maintenance for all the PLC packages their (about 53 package) and writing a reports for every package about the status of the panel, the faults of the CPU’s , the firmware version of the CPU , solving the package current faults ,the system obsoleted or not and writing a recommendations to improve the state of the package. Visiting TCI Sanmar for planned Corrective visits or emergency corrective visits to solve CPU’s faults at the different packages among the contract 24/7 hour/day to help the customer to face this fault and continue the production. Office work in order to follow up on the factory’s operations and needs that don’t require being physically present at the factory. 3-Mondelez CTOR factory: Visiting Mondelez for planned Corrective visits to make modifications to the chocolate machines to improve the machines quality, decrease the machines losses and detect faults to fix it. 4-Hanover Compressors at port Fouad Petrobel : Consist of 3 Compressors at 3 Control Panels for Petroleum Company (Petrobel). The project was migration for the old Panels of the Compressors to upgrade the PLC’s and adding HMI’s to improve the system stability and system efficiency.

1-Iconic tower and CBD: Consist of 20 Main distributed boards each one has a CPU s7 1200 And 27 power meter Elite 440 with 3 ACB Sentron 3WL equipped by com16, the role of the project is collecting data by Modbus RTU RS-485 from all the previous components and send them from the CPU as server by a switch to the electricity data centre BMS. 2-The Olympic City: Many smart RMU’s, and MDB's: each one contains RTU unit to monitor the status and control the electrical system, I have designed up to 150 unit and programming 10 MDB's with CP 8050 and 41 RMU with CP 8022 by using Sicam Device Manager program and transfer data by using IEC 60870-5-104 to COC with testing and commissioning. 3-Leather factory Booster station: Programming a Booster station one VFD controls four pumps to achieve a particular pressure using a pressure transmitter at the pipes with level ultrasonic sensor and level electrode for the tank that supplies the four pumps to prevent the dry run and design HMI TP700 comfort 4-Petroject MCC’s: Monitor and control for 2 MCC’s panels with s7 1200 and KP900 comfort HMI. 5-Damietta Water station: Programming ATS panel to make it work with automatic mode.

PLC advanced worked on Simatic software with s7-300 and s7-400 and also, we practiced on s7-1200), did many tasks on ITS simulation and practiced on ladder diagram, STL and SCL languages, learned the communication protocols Modbus, MPI, profibus, and profinet communication and practiced on them through the projects - SCADA inudsoft Wonderware - HMI At the end of this diploma we did 3 projects using different types of PLC'S and communication protocols.

Employed at February 2020 as an automation engineer for programming, installation, design and troubleshooting roles. Projects worked on: 1-Delta specialties factory: installing (PLC S7 1500, SCADA wincc advanced, HMI) and programming ladder diagram and FBD to control the production line that was for painting oils manufacturing to make it fully automatic control by choosing the quantity of the final product and its kind with recipe of calibrations of materials and temperature production stages degrees, process control method, events, reports, historical data and alarms with designing the SCADA and HMI by using Tia portal. 2- German factory for batteries: programming SCADA system for a 44 machine 24 with Mitsubishi PLC’s and the others with siemens s7 300 PLC’s, the design of SCADA was importing the data from every machine with alarm sheets, recipes, access database to save the important tags, trends, and monitoring for every machine using indusoft 8.1v with direct communication of Mitsubishi PLC’s and OPC communication by using KEPserver and netlink pro compact converter to convert the siemens PLC’s MPI port to ethernet. 3-Water station and sewage station: programming two PLC’s S7 1200 with 3 remote I/Os ET200 collecting data from pumps from the two stations with 2 advanced wincc SCADA and communicate by VPN tunnel with the SCADA wincc v7.5 at the control centre using two 3G cellular routers SCALANE m874-3 by using Tia portal.
