I check in with the office managers weekly for any complaints or specific requests that they may have regarding their building maintenance inside and out. All of my team members are well trained upon HIPPA/OSHA and state regulations in regards to each site’s different guidelines. My business is fully insured as well as licensed and bonded.

Responsible for general managerial duties, such as leading regular staff meetings within their department, scheduling staff members, providing performance evaluations, setting departmental goals and ensuring the department meets those goals, and interviewing and hiring new staff members. Staff of 3 supervisors and 60-70 direct staff.

My position involves frequent interaction and communication with medical staff members, health insurance plans, various health care facilities, and providers to ensure patients and procedures are authorized and scheduled accordingly. I update internal databases, electronically store and organize patients' records, billing details and registration forms. I ensure the timely verification of medical insurance benefits, determine insurance compatibility with health-care provider programs and obtain authorization for procedures. I collaborate with the financial department regarding uninsured patients to ensure payments are maximized. I assist and train new employees and demonstrate excellent teamwork to all coworkers.
