Account Manager responsible for managing a key portfolio comprising of FI , NBFI and MNC Corporate clients across Australia & New Zealand. Key responsibilities of the role included managing, retaining and increasing revenues whilst adding value to the client’s business through effective account planning, and continuous product and service improvements.

Reporting to the Director of the Corporate Client Management & Financial Institutions team, my responsibilities included managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate banking and financial institutions clients, by adopting a consultative approach to delivering cash management and working capital solutions.

Responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing products for key growth markets. Additional responsibilities included P&L management, meeting revenue targets and budgets, maintaining governance and regulatory compliance of products, monitoring the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge for Standard Chartered Bank cash products.

Responsible for innovative payment, service and on boarding solutions supporting the FES Asia FX Operations business. Strategic and tactical focus on the development of long term business initiatives, flawless execution of day to day operations and providing value to customers, internal stakeholders, and shareholders.
