I held varoius roles in the NJ and PA claims organizations involving Commercial Claims, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Litigation before moving into a leadership role with a team of Casualty Reps.

I led a team of Field Trainers responsible for supporting the claims organizations in 12 states (LA, MS, AL, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH and ME). We rolled-out Corp and Zone level initiatives, delivered local training solutions to new and tenured claims professionals and supported our Corp training centers in Cleveland, Phoenix, Austin and Tampa.

* Conducted comprehensive Investigations on suspect claims activity * worked with claims leadership and legal department as well as law enforcement to detect, deter & defeat organized insurance fraud activity. Conducted proactive data analysis to identify suspect claim activity and identify relationships between involved enterprises * conducted claim party and witness interviews * gathered evidence and summarized investigation results with recommendations to claims leadership and legal department.
