Center of Excellence (Organisational Transformation) • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert of planning processes and setting up of the COE (Center of Excellence) for the production planning pillar serving 5 sourcing offices in Asia • Driving process harmonization within the production planning organization for critical processes such as order management, WIP (Work in Progress), logistics management and vendor management through workshops and deep dives • Rolled out enterprise wide cloud based planning tool InforNexus to drive process efficiency, moving from email/excel based collaboration to system based collaboration as well as managing supply risk via exception based approach • Defined and align with supply chain ELT on the supply chain deliverables and scorecards such as OTP (On time performance), Work In Progress (WIP) accuracy, on time shipment booking and inventory • Developed various tool kits to strengthen the organization capabilities such as hiring toolkit for managers, first time manager of others toolkit and production playbook • Setting up of Community of Practice (COP) to regularly review inefficient processes or unclear roles and responsibilities within the planning function or with the multifunctional team (eg sourcing/global material sourcing/costing/product development) • Identify opportunity areas and categorize them into buckets such as process establishment, improvement and/or automation with clear scope definition/deliverables/timeline/business justification before engaging the relevant functions for further deep dive • Project management of key business improvement projects post project kickoff to ensure project timeliness and to steer critical discussions and alignments with main stakeholders • Delivering training & deployment sessions across the planning organization once final aligned solutions are available, with post deployment effectiveness tracking to ensure business objectives are achieved and sustained

Reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and accountable to APAC President with P&L responsibilities Demand & Supply Planning • Leading of the monthly regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring forecast accuracy is in line with 75% target • Effectively manage supply and/or production constraints by coordinating actions with and among production, procurement, and commercial functions • Generate monthly rough cut capacity plans by supplier in line with the company S&OP timetable and process fully analyzing the data highlighting capacity constraints and proposing resolutions in-line with our contract manufacturers Vendor Management • Generate monthly management reports on external manufacturers performance based on supply chain scorecards on cost/cash/service • Initiate and coordinate monthly production reviews with 3rd party suppliers (reviewing service, production issues and backlog details) • Monthly engagement with external manufacturers to ensure new product introduction are executed with excellence to meet required pipeline volumes, minimize conversion cost for obsolete materials and on time delivery to meet product launches • Productivity projects on operations/packaging/raw materials/logistics Customer Operations & Logistics • Communicates customer service and logistics programs, objectives, and expectations • Provides leadership to resolve escalated internal and external issues. • Serves as primary interface with manufacturing, logistics, supply planning, operations, and sales management as well as customers • Identify and implement process and cost improvement opportunities by optimizing efficiencies throughout the customer service and logistics network. Initiative Supply Planning & Execution (New Product Innovation): • Project manager leading 8 project members from the Supply Network Operations functions (i.e. Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Material Supply Management, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Business Planning, Supply Chain Master Data) supporting the Japanese market with US$1.2 Billion annualized revenue Change Management • Adhere to strict change management discipline and communication to drive clear communication and action within the supply network operations team to enable right the first time execution in the market • Provided in-depth analysis on the cost to serve the business for initiative scope changes such as launch acceleration or incremental pipeline, and recommended the optimized supply chain solution through partnering with the various functions in the supply network operations team Cost Reduction: • Managing and optimizing the initiative conversion costs, ensuring targets are met through targeted interventions on material control and obsolete finish product liquidation through partnering with the planning and commercial teams Capacity Planning: • 18 months forward looking capacity planning across 12 production lines in Japan Takasaki plant across 2 sites Inventory Optimization and Management: • Analyse historical shipments trends and future forecast across SKUs to ensure optimal safety stock is being maintained at all times Capability Leader: • Responsible for capability building & qualification of new hires within the APAC Fabric Care category for initiative planning • Key user for the supply chain master data management tool which enables a one stop platform for monitoring master data across various systems such as SAP, Corporate Standards, Artwork Planning & finance

Made use of industry design guidelines to improve on existing designs, and came up with designs that reduce manufacturing time significantly by 15% -Design of various wellhead components with validation based on industry standards such as API, ASME and mechanical design calculations -Creation of a generic installation and commissioning procedures for Pakistan Petroleum Company projects and reduced the typical time needed to create the documents by 50% -Assisted in doing Finite Element Analysis for various components for design verification with the use of Ansys -Assisted with the Factory Acceptance Testing for Exxonmobile Kurdistan project.
