My daughters often ask me what I do, and I always tell them that I work at Huawei. Explaining the phrase "Bring digital to every person, home, and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world" is challenging for them to grasp. Since graduating, I’ve been with Huawei, a company known for its vast scope within the ICT industry. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—IP Engineer, Service Solutions Architect, Service Sales Manager, and Partner Development Director. With 10 years in Beijing, 4 years in Amsterdam, and 6 years in Düsseldorf, I’ve always embraced change, pushing myself beyond my comfort zone.At Huawei, I’ve had the opportunity to design solution architectures for top telecom providers and secure major managed XaaS projects with Europe’s largest automotive manufacturers. While my role, customers, work locations, and even compensation have evolved, one constant has remained: creating value for my partners and staying customer-centric.Looking ahead, I hope that when my daughters ask me what I do, I can give them even more exciting and diverse answers. What’s in the past is merely a prologue. I will continue to evolve, striving to provide a better answer for them in the future.
