Prior to MARSH, I was a consultant at AT&T as a Financial Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Dept (Cell Towers). My responsibilities were to do NPV calculations to determine compensation and profitability of the cell towers (whether to sell them or try to reduce the rent to landlords).
