Currently working on NextGen Required Navigation Performance for the FAA's NextGen Program. Program Manager for the Airborne Launched Cruise Missile and Conventional ALCM. Entrusted with maintaining a software application integral to the support of the Airborne Launched Cruise Missile Sustainment Program. Directed operations at Clinton Sherman Airport. Participated in bringing commercial space industry initiatives to the state of Oklahoma.

Exercised decisive business and operations leadership to direct a crew of 68 professionals dedicated to providing ground services in support of two air carriers at the Will Rogers World Airport. Ensured the success of a broad spectrum of ground operations, including GSE preparation and servicing, taxiing, towing, marshaling, baggage handling, de-icing procedures, interior cleaning, and lavatory servicing. Engaged in an array of human resources functions, including the recruitment, hire, and scheduling of talented team members commited to the overall success of the organization. Successfully cultivated a culture of safety and respect in a time-critical, dangerous environment staffed with inexperienced personnel. Authored a company-wide and well-received syllabus for a training process to take a new-hire up to supervisor level.

* Senior member of a five person team responsible for conducting a Department of Defense-directed inventory of weapons and equipment. Main duties involved physically locating equipment items (with assistance of USAF staff) * calling up inventory on a handheld computer * verifying part and serial numbers * applying UID labels to equipment * scanning the item's new UID label * resolving inventory discrepancies against a master listing.

Assisted Commander, Strategic Communications Wing One by planning and coordinating tactical employment of aircraft. Planned training and exercises for the Wing and squadrons. Prepared tactical instructions and operational doctrine. Prepared the schedule for operating units. Evaluated the performance of squadrons. Recommended strategic distribution of air forces and ground units during higher defense conditions. Responsible for the Continuity of Operations for USSTRATCOM and nuclear command and control assets. Directed strategic operations and planning for over 1200 Navy and civilian personnel and 18 aircraft. Ensured operational requirements were met during modifications in the E-6A to E-6B aircraft transition. Involved extensive operational planning around life cycle planning, and maintenance and logistics milestones. Was the approval authority for requisitioning parts from wartime survivable supply and sustainment kits to maintain FMC aircraft.

Managed squadron operations department consisting of 25 officers and enlisted personnel directing eight aircraft and twelve aircrews of approximately 180 officer and enlisted personnel in the mission of nuclear command and control. Responsible for management of squadron assets for Continuity of Operations during higher defense conditions or national emergencies. Closely monitored and executed an OPTAR fuel budget of $10,000,000 down to $0. Ensured aircrews were expending a travel funding budget of $1.5 million appropriately while independently deployed. Effectively tracked fuel purchased during USAF refueling efforts on squadron E-6 aircraft. Qualified as a Mission Commander Evaluator/Instructor; Airborne Communications Instructor; Navigator Evaluator/Instructor; Aircrew Coordination Training Instructor.

* As the Combat Information Center Watch Officer, used the naval tactical data system intercept console, ensuring safe separation and orderly flow of air traffic. Executed emergency measures when necessary. Managed the Operation's Intelligence Specialist division (OI) consisting of 75 enlisted personnel onboard the ship. Responsible for overall in close defense of the ship using Battle Group Aegis Cruisers, shipboard aircraft, Close In Weapons Systems (CIWS), NATO Sea Sparrow missile systems, and 50 caliber machine guns manned by US Marine Corps personnel. Provides support to National Guard and Armed Forces Reserve Members through various deployment briefings and debriefings, job fairs, and organizational information activities. Provides support to employers of military personnel by recognizing outstanding employers through a Department of Defense national awards program. Manages a $40,000 budget, and fills positional vacancies with qualified personnel.
