I am currently in the position of Operations Director for Essex Services Group Plc., having spent previous years as an Associate Director and Contracts Manager. Part of my current role is being responsible for the development of Modular Engineering Ltd, the off-site manufacturing sector of ESG. I had spent the previous fifteen years, since stepping up from being an Approved Electrician, gaining experience in all aspects of Project Management in the construction industry. Firstly, in the Electrical field only, then covering both Mechanical & Electrical sides of projects. I have been part of the management teams on various types of projects including hospitals, apartments, offices, universities & a hotel. I have now added a higher level of knowledge, regarding the contractual and commercial aspects of project management, and am currently controlling two project teams with the prospect of expanding further.
